Fondant! Don't believe the rumors about fondant tasting bad, MY fondant tastes GREAT! I make it FRESH with quality ingredients only.
I think fondant's bad reputation comes from bakeries buying the cheap stuff or boxed kind, which I agree, is not good at all!
